A California Real Estate Broker since 2013, Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business and Project Management from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee, with additional certifications in Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development (NAIOP), Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI), and Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance). His technical proficiency includes advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe Presentations, enabling precise financial forecasting and compelling project presentations.
In addition to his role at Aria Properties, Dennis leads Maynard Capital Group, a separate venture focused on acquiring and managing cash-flowing multifamily properties nationwide, emphasizing capital protection and consistent returns for investors. His strategic vision and disciplined approach to real estate investment enhance his ability to guide Aria Properties’ clients through complex investment opportunities and leasing processes in high-demand markets like Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Malibu, and Marina Del Rey.
